Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: October 4, 2026
Phox Health, Inc. (“Phox Health,” “Phox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides technology, payment facilitation, and delivery services for pharmacies, healthcare providers, and other healthcare organizations (“Pharmacy” or “Provider”).
When you make a payment through Phox Health, Phox Health may collect or process the payment on behalf of your Pharmacy or Provider. Phox Health is not the seller or dispenser of your prescription medications and does not independently determine the price, eligibility for return, or refundability of medications or other products dispensed by your Pharmacy or Provider.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order or delivery, please contact your Pharmacy or Provider as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests are subject to approval by the Pharmacy or Provider. An order may not be eligible for cancellation after the prescription or product has been prepared, dispensed, transferred to a delivery courier, or delivered.
Cancellation of a delivery does not necessarily cancel the underlying prescription, product purchase, or associated charges.
Prescription Medications
Due to applicable laws, regulations, patient-safety requirements, and Pharmacy policies, prescription medications that have been dispensed or delivered generally cannot be returned or reused.
Refund eligibility for prescription medications is determined by the dispensing Pharmacy or Provider and is subject to applicable law and the Pharmacy’s policies.
Phox Health does not independently authorize refunds for medications dispensed by a Pharmacy.
Refunds
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact the Pharmacy or Provider associated with your order.
If the Pharmacy or Provider approves a refund for a payment collected through Phox Health, Phox Health may process the approved refund on the Pharmacy’s or Provider’s behalf.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
After a refund has been processed, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Processing times may vary
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees and other service-related charges may be non-refundable once delivery services have begun.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to Phox Health or its delivery operations, the Pharmacy, Provider, or Phox Health, as applicable, may determine whether the delivery fee should be refunded or credited.
Fees may remain non-refundable where a delivery attempt was made but could not be completed because, for example:
the recipient was unavailable;
the delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete;
required identification, signature, verification, or payment could not be obtained; or
delivery could not legally or safely be completed.
Any refund remains subject to applicable law and the policies of the Pharmacy or Provider.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Orders
If your order is incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been delivered to the wrong location, please contact the Pharmacy or Provider identified with your order promptly.
For medication-related concerns—including incorrect medication, dosage, quantity, packaging, or labeling—please contact the dispensing Pharmacy directly. Do not use a medication that you believe may have been dispensed incorrectly.
Phox Health may assist the Pharmacy or Provider with investigating delivery-related issues but does not make clinical or dispensing decisions.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
If you believe you were charged more than once, charged an incorrect amount, or charged for a transaction that was not completed, please contact Phox Health or the Pharmacy/Provider associated with the transaction.
We may investigate the transaction with the Pharmacy, Provider, payment processor, financial institution, and other parties involved and process any correction or refund that is determined to be appropriate.
Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, we encourage you to contact the Pharmacy, Provider, or Phox Health so that we can attempt to investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws or your agreement with your card issuer or financial institution.
Pharmacy and Provider Policies
Individual Pharmacies and Providers may maintain their own cancellation, return, and refund policies. Those policies may apply in addition to this policy.
If there is a conflict regarding the refundability of a prescription medication or product, the applicable Pharmacy or Provider policy and applicable law will govern, except to the extent otherwise required by law.
