Mr. Med, one of India’s leading online specialty pharmacies, partnered with Phox Health on June 1, 2026, to strengthen the last mile of specialty medicine delivery across India.
The partnership brings Phox Health’s technology-enabled healthcare logistics platform to Mr. Med’s specialty medicine delivery operations, adding real-time tracking, structured patient feedback, reusable cold-chain packaging, and audit-ready chain-of-custody to the delivery of critical therapies.
The pilot began in Bengaluru and has since expanded to Delhi, Chennai, and Guwahati, covering four major Indian cities in under two months. The rollout builds on Mr. Med’s recent infrastructure expansion in Bengaluru, including a new storage and distribution hub across roughly 110 PIN codes.
Together, Mr. Med and Phox Health are extending specialty pharmacy care beyond the point of dispense and into the delivery experience itself.
Specialty medicines are not ordinary parcels. Oncology drugs, immunosuppressants, GLP-1 therapies, and other high-value or temperature-sensitive medicines often play a critical role in treatment continuity. For patients, the delivery experience should offer more than a vague arrival window. It should provide clarity, accountability, and confidence that the medicine will arrive safely and on time.

Patients receive branded text and email updates when their medicine is out for delivery, along with real-time driver tracking. At delivery, drivers capture structured proof of delivery, including photo confirmation, while patients are invited to rate the experience and share feedback. Mr. Med can monitor this activity through a live dashboard.
For cold-chain medicines, deliveries use reusable insulated packaging designed to maintain temperature for up to 48 hours. The packaging is returned to the pharmacy for reuse, helping reduce reliance on single-use foam and gel packs while supporting safer handling for temperature-sensitive therapies.
Early results from the pilot have been strong. Since launching in Bengaluru and expanding across four cities, the partnership has delivered specialty medicines with consistent 5-star patient ratings and Net Promoter Scores reaching 100. Reliable daily package pickup has also helped save Mr. Med’s pharmacy team nearly four hours each evening.
